Changing Direction was founded by Diana Wolfin in 2000.
Diana is an experienced coach, trainer and lecturer with an impressive track record in getting people into employment. Prior to establishing Changing Direction she worked at the University of Westminster for 10 years, devising and delivering training courses for people who were out of work and seeking to return to the job market.
Today, in addition to her private consultancy, Diana continues to run ‘return-to-work’ and redundancy programmes at Barnet College in North London, which she has done for many years. During this time, she has helped hundreds of participants improve their chances of finding jobs, a large number of whom are now working and continue to keep her informed of their progress.
In addition to the publication of her book Back to Work in 2004, Diana has been quoted regularly in the national press on work-related topics and frequently broadcasts on radio. She is often invited to contribute to magazines and websites and has appeared on television as an expert on returning to work. She has also published research on the impact of taking a career break on women’s employment prospects.
Diana is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Institute for Learning and has a degree in Modern Languages from University College London.
